Apple referred Buzzfeed to its App Store Review Guidelines.. The clause of those guidelines rejects content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, orientation, gender, national origin, or other targeted groups, intimidate, or place targeted individual or group harm's way... In August, Apple pulled most of Jones podcast content from iTunes, noting that it didn't tolerate hate speech.. in controversial move, it decided to keep Infowars on App Store, noting at the time that the app did not infringe on App Store review rules, explaining. We support all points of view being represented on App Store, and follow our clear guidelines, ensuring App Store is safe marketplace for all.
